1. General Terms and Eligibility
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between users ("user", "member" or "you") of the 777hi platform ("platform", "site" or "777hi") and 777hi. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all of these terms.
777hi operates an online gaming and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms are written in Bengali and apply to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any conflict with a version translated into English or any other language, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be permanently closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. 777hi reserves the right to close accounts and take applicable legal action if false or misleading information is provided.

3. Account Security and Responsibility
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 777hi platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take a little longer.
4.2 Withdrawal

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x).
5.2 Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies once only and is valid on the first deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions have been met.
- After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
- If bonus abuse through multiple accounts is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions
777hi offers various promotional offers from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion apply separately, and following those particular terms alongside these general terms is mandatory. 777hi reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
The 777hi VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Promotion to a higher tier is based on regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback rates vary by tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Results
All game results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Game results are impartial and automated — no user or employee can influence the outcome. Bets cannot be cancelled after a game round has ended.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, the result will be determined from the last verified state saved on the 777hi server. If you are affected by a technical error, please contact the support team.
6.3 Game Providers

7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
